Miko and his kitty companion Mimi were trapped, along with some other kittens, in a park on the Mid-Peninsula. It is a pretty inhospitable place for homeless cats, and even more so for kittens, so they were all taken into 'custody,' and Miko and Mimi came into our foster network. We think they are brother and sister, though they may be cousins.
Miko is a handsome Tuxedo, a sleek, shiny kitty, with an interestingly-shaped face blaze and a big white bib. Stroking Miko gives the impression of running your hand over satin. Best of all, this sweet guy is sooo friendly and people-oriented. He loves to rub the top of his skull under your chin, and give you gentle head or nose butts, especially when you are down at his level and your face is near his. He loves, loves, loves to play with his small toys, and with you and a wand toy. And he has a real affection for his Tower of Tracks. I don't believe that Miko has ever made an unfriendly move towards anyone. He loves...ah, demands...petting, but in a good way, and will start making biscuits when he sees you, even while he is standing and before you reach out a hand to him. Miko may take a little time to warm to strangers (usually minutes, not hours or days), but then he is on you like Velcro.
Neutered, tested, microchipped, FVRCP & rabies vaccinated, and treated for fleas and worms. Miko definitely should be adopted with sister Mimi, so they can continue their happy life together.
